”We cannot say more about this hotel--excellent service; extremely kind and friendly staff; awesome game room with table tennis/pool/foosball, well stocked and clean gym, nightclub, lounge, rooms very spacious. There were fresh flowers and fruit as a welcome in our room. Room service menu was great and the restaurants on site also amazing. Also had transport to and from airport. We can't say enough. .Will definitely return!!”

”The service was impressive, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The common areas and restaurant were lovely. The only area that needs a bit of updating is the gym. It's functional, but showing it's wear and tear. ”

”Be warned, the booking agencies pictures are really out dated. The previous nice staff has vanished. On our check-in (December, 2019) we got to know that our prepaid booking didn't even exist and they didn't have any free family rooms (2 rooms with connecting door) left. No refund was made even when we insisted (we would have moved to another hotel). They only offered a complimentary lunch after the big battle that took hours. Rooms were in quite good condition to their age but the cleanliness...

”The hotel doesn't honor Expedia upgrade benefits. Expedia should make sure that this is known to customers before booking. Expedia's listing is deceptive.”
