”We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore. We got our room after lunch. It was huge and had the largest balcony and bathroom for all the hotels we ever stayed at. The view was spectacular! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and pretty. Would highly recommend to stay here!”

”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. ”Spotleess and beautiful. I will come back to this place. You can see the rice fields from the rooms and the staff is great. The decorations and the atmosphere of this place are a delight. Great food, beakfast was included and was amazing. We had dinner and was the best food in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 10 minutes from Sapa’s down town but it’s a great place if you want to relax. A taxi can charge you less than 10 dólares to take you to Sapa’s downtown. Great getaway for...
