”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”We were visiting Chicago area and location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ronald Reagan toll road. Some restaurants and Super Target were also very close to this hotel. Breakfast was also quite ok.”

”My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience.
