Spacious apartment with balcony in the heart of the beautiful city of Naples.
The house is located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator; the decor is in classical style and boasts numerous antiques.
The entrance opens onto a long hallway leading to the various rooms; through the first door you can access the double living room with balcony, furnished with a dining table, armchairs and two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed.
This is followed by the independent kitchen, equipped with an oven, a washing machine, a kettle and a microwave, an additional dining table and the TV. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one of which has a shower complete the layout.
Free wifi, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available free of charge in the accommodation.

Strolling through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, one traverses its thousand-year history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Duomo di Napoli and the Maschio Angioino. If there is one place that symbolises Naples, it is Piazza del Plebiscito, now a symbol of the new 'Neapolitan Renaissance' where tourists come to admire its grandeur and two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Royal Palace. Today it is also possible to visit 'the underground city', or the so-called 'belly of Naples', which served the Neapolitans as a refuge during the bombing raids, where tourists can walk through the Greco-Roman aqueduct, the air-raid shelters and finally visit the War Museum.
Particularly not to be missed is the San Severo Chapel, which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works to be seen in Naples, the work of Giuseppe Sanmartino.
Naples Central Station is 1.2 km from the flat, while Naples Airport can be easily reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
