”We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

”We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs”

”My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock, as well as all the beach toys. Tegan was an awesome host as an added bonus! She was easy to communicate with and super nice, she...

”The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!”

”The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again.”

”My husband and I and our small dog loved this villa ! We were there for the month of February. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to eateries and Trader Joe’s. 2 beaches are 5 minutes drive . It’s clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels are new. We loved the screened Lanai and the large backyard. Great communication with owner! Would definitely recommend! Did I mention location? It was the best!”

”All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.”

There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool.
