It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride...

”The property was amazing! Very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The pullout couch was even comfortable. The location was ideal being that you can walk to the beach. Which is a must because parking on Sanibel is impossible. The bikes were fantastic! The fact that you did not need a key or key card to get into the unit was really nice. One less thing to have to carry around and potentially lose. The ice cream shop next door was great as well as the bagel sub shop next door as well!...

”Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice.
