”Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music.
Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. ”

”The rooms were clean but a bit dated , the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly.We did enjoy our view. Spent some time at the pool and noted ants crawling around and a lot of dead bugs at the inside entrance to the pool. Staff were very accommodating.

”I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Waterfront Resort. The location is beautiful, right by Okanagan Lake, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the waterfront, and explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.”

”Everything that I had read about the excellence of the hosts on other reviews was absolutely true. Alfonso helped us with our luggage and was very thorough in explaining all the check-in details. The room was very clean with a few added amenities to make us feel welcome and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.”
