”One of the best hotels Ive encountered in over a month of traveling! Very well maintained and a very kind and helpful staff. Up to Western standards for anybody traveling from abroad who have high expectations in terms of cleanliness and enclosed showers that doesnt get the bathroom totally soaked which a huge plus for me. Would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers who seek comfort and hospitality! I had a wonderful stay!”

”Great location with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.”

”The hotel was so good that I actually came back a second time. :) The staff is very warm and friendly and kind and will offer good suggestions for meaningful places to go to. If you need any help, they will help you immediately. Also, my room was very quiet. Some other guy who wrote a review said he thought his room was a little noisy because of outside traffic, but the hotel is not facing a busy street and I did not hear any traffic at all. It was fine, I always got a good night's sleep. ...

”Great staff. Especially the gentleman who runs the breakfast, (which is delicious too), . I would stay here again, no question.”

”So nice hotel clean and good service healthy breakfast”

”Great place to stay! Hot water and nice room. Helpful staff, just stayed for one night but would recommend!”

”Good location very near Thamel, but on a bit quieter street so less noise. Hot shower, very good breakfast. The basic room had no window and could have been cleaner (stains on sheets). Wifi in the room worked fine, nice view over the city from the roof terrace.”

”Good breakfast, nice staff, clean premises.”

”Great service, owner is amazing and very helpful with all the travel arrangements. Would definitely stay again. Location is great in Thamel.”

”Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Magnificent staff at spa.”

”All is good.”

”It was very pleasant stay for us in Jay suites. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location on the edge of hectic Thamel is perfect, in my opinion. For the money we paid, we got great amount of return.”

”I really loved the location of the hotel. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, which made it so convenient and fun. The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good too. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling to Nepal!”

”Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...
