Sijainti lähellä Naritan lentoasemaa on hyvä erityisesti niille, joilla on aikainen aamulento. Hotellilta on myös ilmainen bussikuljetus paitsi kentälle myös JR-rautatieasemalle sekä isoimpaan ostoskeskukseen.

practical no fuzz overnight stay while in transit. The hotel is of pretty normal Hilton standard. Use the shuttle bus service when getting to/from hotel, it is good and regular

Hyvä layover lentokenttähotelli
Hyvä layover-hotelli, joka sijaitsee vain 10 minuutin ilmaisen bussimatkan päässä naritan terminaaleista. Busseja menee riittävästi. Sijainnistaan huolimatta ovat saaneet yllättävän viihtyisän sisäpihasta ja hotellin edustasta, ei näytä siltä, että ollaan keskellä lentokenttää. Hotellin ravintolat menevät liian aikaisin kiinni, en puoli kymmeneltä saanut kuin ylihintaisen nuudelikeiton baarista. Palvelusta ei jäänyt mielyttävä olo tähän liittyvistä vastauksista johtuen. Huoneessa ei minibaaria, mutta huone on tilava hintaluokkaansa nähden Japanissa. Kylpyhuone riittävän tilava ja toimiva. Television HDMI -liitin disabloitu. Hotelli hieman kulahtanut pian pintaremontin tarpeessa. Mutkattoman paluumatkan takia tulen käyttämään tätä hotellia jatkossakin viimeisen yön viettämiseen (Saa nukkua pidempään, kuin esim Ginzasta lähtiessä, jossa usein olen).

Hyvä kokonaisuus
Hilton Narita sijaitsee lentokentän läheisyydessä ja ilmaiset shuttle bussit lentokentän välillä helpottavat matkustajan arkea. Arvostan myös Hiltonin huoneiden siisteyttä (erityisesti vessan, sekä hygieniatuotteiden tasoa, mikä on parempi kuin muiden lentokenttähotellien). Aulabaarista saa hyviä drinkkejä. Aamiaisen taso oli ok.

I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout since I didn’t arrive until midnight and I was very tired. I was offered an upgraded room for a fee. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but turned out to be very worthwhile as the room was spacious and comfortable, and I got a 2pm checkout instead of the regular 11am.

Older hotel and still in good condition. I’m sure it was glorious when it was first built with a large lobby. It is located near terminal 2 at Narita airport and they offer free shuttle bus service that arrives at Narita 15 min pass the hour and then 30 min. Pass the hour. There is a 711 shop in the lobby that sell everything you may need. Free Wi-Fi if you have a Hilton honor number. Staff is extremely helpful and caring. If you arrive late at Narita, this place maybe an option.

This hotel is mostly used by transit passengers from the airport. As such it provides a reasonable room at a reasonable price. The only reason NOT to stay here is that it brings the usual low quality hotel dining to a new low. I have eaten here before and this time I choose the dinner buffet. While it was toward the end of the buffet schedule, they were still accepting diners. But they made no attempt to refill empty trays of food and most of the food looked like it had been left for hours and dried out and had to be scraped off the bottom of the pot with a fork. What was left was cold or tasteless. For the pleasure of this I paid $50 USA. I have never recommended avoiding a hotel due to bad food, but in this case I do.

I have stayed here on several occassions and the friendlinesss and efficiency of staff is always exceptional. The hotel is always spotlessly clean. The food and drinks offered is always of the highest standard with great choices.

The hotel is clean and all the staff very nice. The hotel is fine for one night but I would not qualify this as a five star. Only one restaurant open and if you stayed longer then one night you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. We did sign up for the Hilton Card which did give up free wifi in our room but if we didn’t we would have had to pay. Not five star service.

This hotel is for people on a layover or resting between flights or some other reason for being close to the airport. The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful. However, the interesting restaurants were closed. The service in the restaurant was not good. One order--a salad--took forever to come. And the staff starts taking away food five minutes prior to the end of the breakfast time. I understand one cannot come after ten. But, if one comes at 9:30 and is still rushed, that is not good.
