”Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!”

”Sadly we only stayed there one night which wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. Would've stayed longer but it's WAY over priced. The jetted tub was nice. The coffee table and dining table were damaged. The mountain/forest area around it was very nice. It's really close to neighboring houses, not as secluded as the pictures would have you think. ”

”Very nice and clean room with helpful staff.”

”It is a clean and spacious house with a great view of Mt. Fuji especially in the morning. Be quiet though, especially when outside, so as not to distrub the not-so-friendly neighbors.”

”The host was very nice, house was very clean would stay again!”

”The staff were very nice. The location of this hotel is a great spot for observing Mt. Fuji (both in rooms and the front of the hotel). The rooms are outdated. Without an elevator, this hotel is more suitable for Yong travelers with light luggage. The lounge in the lobby is good, but it's only open for a fixed period during the day.”

”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We were also able to watch the Monkey Show at half price because the villa is operated by the theater next door. It was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.”
