”The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. ”

”The owner’s hospitality was great, the house is beautiful, the room and private bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. The owner’s dog Skye was so sweet and inviting too(loved her)! Great communication and will definitely be looking forward to visiting again!”

”Room was quaint and beautiful! Very clean. I saw some folks negatively rate the self check-in, but I found it to be very efficient and clearly explained in the communications leading up to the stay. The common area was very inviting. Beautiful experience and I would definitely go back! ”

”This property is a hidden gem, perfect for a weekend getaway. It is spotless and it has all the amenities one could ask for...from milk, yogurt and water in the fridge to welcoming granola bars and an assortment of breakfast cereals. Towels, shampoos and soaps, as well as a basket of supplies are ready to use in the bathroom. It is spacious inside and has plenty of lighting for being a basement apartment. The only thing we wish is that we had a little more contact with our hosts.”

”Dennis is a very gracious host and personalized our experience with some great conversation over our breakfast. The inside of the mansion is impeccably decorated for Christmas and has a very warm feeling when you enter the main entrance. The room was very comfortable and has a great view of Centre Park. A very warm and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended. ”

”The land is a beautiful sight to see. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and it was perfect. The room was top notch clean (extremely), fresh relaxing and romantic. The staff is very respectful and only a phone call away. Our stay was so relaxing, the area is very quiet and the staff understands and respects the guests privacy.
