”The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. ”

”Fabulous B&B in a great location. Just the type of place we like to stay in when visiting Lancaster - which we do at least twice a year. We will definitely be back.”

”I had an amazing stay at The Inn & Spa at Intercourse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some time away.
The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the spa experience was an added bonus. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding Lancaster County area while still having a quiet, relaxing place to return to at the end of the day.

”Enjoyed our repoire with Joy. She’s a wonderful ambassador for this lovely old hotel. It had lots of character. I even enjoyed reading a bit of the town’s history in the reading room of the side of the hotel where the beverages were. What fun we had in Bird-in-Hand!”

”The hosts were amazing! The breakfast itself was worth the cost of lodging. Beautiful area, I plan on returning for a mini vacation. Bonus points for having adorable cats!”
