”Really nice stay, furnishings were a little tired and worn but overall a really nice hotel. Did ask before our arrival for an additional bed in the room which the team advised they would sort, but was not there when we arrived, and due to the time we checked in, were advised this wouldn’t be possible so ended up sleeping on the sofa. Not ideal but still a nice stay”

”We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. ”From the outside this hotel isn't paticularly pleasing on the eye, and inside the hotel is a little dated. However, see past that and yiu will have a very enjoyable stay. This is perhaps the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and everything in the room yet, which I find often isn't the case, even with 5 star hotels.
