Moderni ja tilava rivitalo lähellä rantoja, lentokenttää, ruokakauppoja ja ravintolaa

3-kerroksinen rivitalohuoneisto, jossa 4 täysikokoista makuuhuonetta. Suuri mukava Master on parveke puutarhaan, viileä ilmastointi sekä kattotuuletin ja iso kaappitilaa. Viereisessä makuuhuoneessa on vielä suurempi parveke takapihalle. Siinä on ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin sekä erittäin suuri kaappitila. Kolmas ja neljäs makuuhuone ovat kolmannessa kerroksessa. Kaikissa huoneissa on moderni bambulattia ja päällä puhtaat, raikkaat lakanat. Kylpyhuoneissa on täysin varustettu fluffy, raikkaat pyyhkeet ja gushing kylmä ja kuuma juokseva vesi rentoutua päivän jälkeen auringonvalossa. Keittiössä on kaikki välttämättömät asiat ruoanlaitossa, leivonnassa tai jos haluat siemailla suosikki kupillista teetä tai kahvia tai vain nauttia kylmää virkistävää juomaa, kaikki lasitavaraa ovat saatavilla. Koti on erittäin rauhallisella alueella lähellä lentokenttää. Wendys ja metro ovat muutaman mailin päässä. Ruokakaupat, hienot ruokailu- ja paikalliset ravintolat, viinakaupat, baarit ja kirkot ovat muutaman mailin päässä. Stuarts-lahti on lähellä vain noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja bussiliikenteelle pääsee kiinteistön lähellä, jotta voit nauttia sukelluspäivästä Stuart'sissa. I stayed at this property one night with my family, traveling from all over, and we were delighted. The property had everything we needed an we felt very safe.

Home was comfortable for 8-9 people staying 5 nights, and we cooked several meals there easily. Only 1 mi walk to beach and good restaurants. Walkable to airport. Grocery store 1.5 mi. Very important to rent car far in advance as rentals are in shortage at holidays and taxis are expensive. We really enjoyed Studio Cafe and Meze Grille for nice dinners. Wonderful stay with friends and family, and Barbara was very helpful in getting situated. liked Studio Cafe

the host checked in on the second day. But we soon found out that the house is infested with fleas and bedbugs. Everyone that stayed had bite marks on their bodies. It rained the entire time we were there and there was an odor of sewage from the side and back windows so we had to keep the windows closed.. The neighboorhood was not the best, Was close to the airport was the focal point. Would not advise to rent it

This was the perfect location for a one night stay close to the airport. We were a group of 8 adults and everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep on with the option of air conditioning in each room. (Thank goodness!) We travelled with food but no drinks, and Barbara offered to take us to a nearby store for a few groceries. We were VERY thankful for this kind gesture.

The Home is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The Owner is very quick to respond to messages. The access when we got there was a key hidden somewhere, no lockbox or keypad. 3 of the bedrooms had Air Conditioning, the one with 2 single beds had no air in the 3rd floor and was way to hot to sleep in when we were there. The home is in an ok neighborhood. Directions online are difficult to understand. We stayed only 1 night. There's maybe a 20 minute walk to the north where the beach is and a couple restaurants are.

Perfect if you are staying over a night in Nassau and flying out the next day to an out island. Close to pick up groceries and to some good restaurants. Barbara is very responsive and easy to deal with.

This house was great for our party of 7. Barbara was excellent, she gave us directions to walk to the local restaurant & the kids played in the ocean for a bit. Our taxi driver Mr. Nice guy, was awesome too!

The home is comfortable and about 5 minutes from the airport. The Hostess was very kind and offered us a ride to the store for some groceries and to the airport. We appreciated her accommodations!

Sweet little house ideal for small groups needing a night in Nassau when traveling to other islands bc so close to the airport and walkable to decent dining. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but overall great value!

The apartment was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed except for the beds. The bed frame was a wooden box that made lots of noise whenever anyone moved in bed. The mattress was very hard and covered in plastic. The plastic made so much noise that it was hard to sleep. It was covered only by a sheet so made the bed very hot and sticky during the night.

I stayed at this home last month we were having a siblings weekend. It had adequate space, the home is nicely laid out, and the location was good. However, it did not appear that there was maid service before we arrived. The window sills were dirty, the bathroom on the third floor not properly cleaned. When entering the house, it was nice, however, as I began to move through, I noticed a lot of little things that needed to be fixed. The bedrooms were okay, but the sheets on the beds were worn, and you can tell they were old. The towels were stained, there is no air condition unit in the room with the twin beds, only a fan. There was no iron, or ironing board in the house. There was only one television, downstairs, and we could not get it to work. Also, there was no large garbage bin on the outside. This home is a beautiful home, but needs some detail cleaning and attention.The bathroom on the third floor need to be re-done, and once again, the window sill needs to be cleaned. Other than those few minor issues, my stay was fantastic.
