”I stayed in a family glamping pod for a change. Was clean & tidy. Had the essentials. Very pleasant setting. Not sure it's big enough for more than 2 people though. ”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

”We found a little gem!!! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious rooms with period features, which have been extremely well thought out by Jo and Steve during their renovations at this lovely old property. The beds were very comfortable, with brilliant white bedding, the towels were also brilliant white and very fluffy and the shower was great after a long, hot day at Alton Towers (and a few drinks at the local pub, which is a very short walk away!) The breakfast, cooked by Steve, was excellent....
