”Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but...

We went for my son’s birthday and he had a great time in the pool and looking at the football training pitches. The staff were amazing for including a surprise cake plate and helium balloon in the room and discuss the past times of the players when they stay ”

”Nice hotel, room comfortable and restaurant/ bar food and drink very good and priced reasonably.few little gripes, when booking though a third party website it said parking was £6 per night, when I arrived I was charged £7.50 per night. Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week.”

”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...
