âI enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again.â

âQuite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I canât say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staffâs attitude variedâone was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didnât want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasnât even available.

âWe arrived at 930pm and even though there were 3 employees at the check in desk only one was checking people in and no one acknowledging our presence. The restaurant on site was closed already AND the room service was also closed. I was informed thereâs also no free water in the rooms. Get to our floor and met with urine smell in the hallway! Gross! We get settled in to our room and I realize they put us in the wrong accommodation. We were supposed to have a disability room with a bathtub....

âThe linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty.
In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process.
The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. â

âDonât stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldnât stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.â

âOur stay was very convenient for our familyâs needs. The unit is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and only a 8-10 minute walk from two different metro stations. The host was very communicative during our stay. The unit was well supplied for our four day stay.
We had a small hiccup with our key fob access that was rectified quickly. My weak point for our stay would be that our blinds in our bedrooms did not block out the ambient light coming from the adjacent...

âA winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access.
The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities.
The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved.
The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...
