”The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!”

”Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free.”

”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

”On arrival, we were shown to the "penthouse", a twin room on the third floor. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room. The toilet adjacent to our room was ok but we were told that the shower room was not usable so we had to use one on the lower floor (which was for several other rooms). My partner...

”The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again”

”Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. ”
