”Overall hotel is OK, just American style sound proofing, there is none. You can hear TVs from other rooms.. And i have visited about 1000 different hotels, and i have never seen breakfast being served on paper plates like in Avid. But overall great hotel.”

”Room was clean and had enough space. Bed linens were comfy. Staff was super helpful holding our luggage after check-out & before our flight, and making sure we understood public transport directions to the airport.”

”The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again.”

”For one night ok, . The surroundings depressive.”

”Rooms are beat up, room smelled musty, terrible service.”

”New hotels in a run down neighborhood. No free breakfast although it said so in the hotels own website. Between metro stations 36st and 9 ave. Long ride into Manhattan ”

”Easy to go subway. That’s why i pick hotel. Quiet hotel, good breakfast. Staff was very helpful.”

”I didn't like it because you didn't have anywhere to park if you parked BEHIND the motel you had to pay 45.00 for each day your there. They tell you it's ok to park on the street but it's not because I received a ticket that I'm trying to get out of so I would not recommend unless it was the last choice.”

”Good place, light breakfast was included.”

”It’s just so loud, club music from somewhere all night long, every time I fall in sleep then I hear slamming the door many times!”

”There is a club next to this place so the night was a horror.”

”There really was not on site parking. I believe the listing should be updated to reflect this”

”Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea.”
