Overall staff was excellent. Only issue was with noise created by cleaning team. When cleaning the unit upstairs they made it sound like a demolition was in progress.

The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological.
