”based on the price and the google maps photos, i wouldnt go into this expecting too much. it's close to kings dominion (a short walk through the connected parking lot) which was all i really wanted. so that was cool. but the room had a weird, unpleasant smell in it and it didnt seem to be kept up with much at all. there wasnt even soap in the bathroom hand soap dispenser.”

”The hotel receptionist couldn't find my reservation, even though I had the reservation number and confirmation email. I spent over an hour trying to resolve the problem, and Expedia had to book another hotel for me.”
