”Front desk staff needs better training, not very friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff were great and friendly. Casino was clean, but temperature was too hot. Need closer parking for hotel guests.”

”Vintage building and structure in excellent condition. Clean, updated rooms done very tastefully and comfortably. One request - a coffeemaker (and coffee) in the rooms. A great value lodging that looks all but new.”

”Great overall experience!”

”Older property but they’re working on doing some renovations it looked like. You can’t beat the location for proximity to Soo Locks and the restaurants and shops. The parking lot is really nice too. We’d stay here again.”

”There was a bit of a mixup when I checked in, they gave me a key to room that was already occupied, I felt a little scared as a woman travelling alone I also asked for a late checkout and paid for the late checkout on the app, however the staff was not informed, and I had to remind them twice that I paid for the late checkout. The staff was friendly throughout this process, but it was just a little inconvenient.”
