”I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

”Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

”I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

”It was a terrible experience . Expedia has taken money from me in UK , Hotel refused to accept this as they said they were not dealing with Expedia for a while . Manager Ahmed at the hotel refused to accept my proof of payment.. ended up with I hr argument and me having to pay again for the hotel stay at 5.00am in the morning.”

”My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. ”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”
