”Alles”

”Location was good. Close to Mumbai Central and small shops. Decent hotel compared to other hotels in the same area. Room were a bit small. Bathroom was ok however I do not prefer Shower in a bath tub. There was hot water. The hotel needs to be renovated. Front foyer is very small and not much room to move when there is a lot of guest waiting around. Be aware of the taxi drivers parked at the front of the hotel. Do not trust them. Take a Uber instead however if you do book a taxi driver...

”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”

”Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio”

”During a month's stay I kinda got used to the awful smell of the carpet in my room. I purchased a Smart Room via Hotels.com, but they put us in a Zen Room, which smelled like an old bar. And at first they had the nerve to lie that the room was in fact the Smart Room we purchased. After two days of complaining, they fortunately put us in Comfort Rooms, which was a nice upgrade and made up for the unfortunate beginning. The restaurant Gulmurg was nice, but very pricy. Fast room service and nice...

”In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.”

”Great location, awesome food and value for money . Only problem...they have street parking ”

”Hotelli on hyvin vaatimaton, mutta toisaalta tarjoaa hintaan nähden intialaisittain tyydyttävän majapaikan. Hotelli on turvallinen (vartija ja henkilökuntaa eri kerroksissa ympäri vrk:n), mutta melko meluisa. Henkilökunta keskustelee öisinkin, pulut visertävät ikkunan ulkopuolella ja rotat vipeltävät katolla. Huone on vaatimaton, mutta siisti, lämmintä vettä tuli ilmoitettuina aikoina. Paljon englanninkielisiä kanavia. Erinomaisia kasvisravintoloita lähettyvillä, henkilökunta osaa opastaa...

”Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. ”

”They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! ”

”Room was average”

”Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

”I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

”This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also.”
