The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Ihana, tunnelmallinen hotelli! Todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Iso miinus aamupalasta ja ruoasta. Aamupala oli todella niukka, olematon.

Nice room with plenty of space, bathroom very good and staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty of car parking available charged at ÂŁ7 per night. Well located for Windsor/Eton/Heathrow easy to get to just off M4. Only points that mark it down slightly are hotel looks ...
