”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”The hotel was clean but on the older side. Staff was helpful and did what they were supposed but not overly welcoming. Location is across from what’s seems to be a homeless shelter. ”

”Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked”

Room is very small and dated, but is fine for a night or two with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water, though the steam from the shower triggered the smoke detector (twice), and had to run dripping into the room with a towel to wave until it subsided (no adjacent alarms...

”Well-appointed rooms, with high end sheets, and nice bathroom amenities (large shower, Dyson hair dryer, heated toilet seat, etc.). The top floor has a small, tasteful bar and outdoor deck. ”

”It was so noisy with so many kids running around the hallways. The pool was a zoo and not very clean. I would not recommend booking here in March.”

”I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions.”
