”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

”The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

” Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again.”

”We dined at the restaurant of the hotel. The chef’s chicken dinner and seafood were superb, prepared with the care reminding us of meals in France. The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there.”

”Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. Upon going to dinner some one was checking into my room .She opened the door and I almost hurt her with the iron . Real sketchy place don't recommend at all . Not a...
