”DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

”Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive, breakfast was lovely - fab location; pool and spa a nice touch; we did have an AC issue and the room we were in was really noisy, but staff were fantastic and they upgraded us for our 2nd night. Overall had a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would return ”

Rakennus on hieno vanha talo Liverpoolin keskustassa, hotellilta on vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka Merseyn rantaan ja Cavernin kaltaisille nähtävyyksille. Aamiainen oli pettymys, sillä jos jossakin, niin Liverpoolissa kuvittelisi saavansa brittiläisen aamiaisen munien, papujen ja pekonin kera, mutta aamiaisella ei ollut tarjolla lämpimiä ruokia lainkaan! Huone oli rauhallinen ja nukuin hyvin.”

”Aamiaistilat vajavaiset. Henkilökunnan mukaan parivuoteita ei saanut jaettua, sai ne kun sen teki itse. Ilmanvaihto huoneissa huono. Muuten kyllä kaikki sujui hyvin. Erittäin hyvä sijainti!!”

One night alone, and two additional nights with a friend, as we were four guys, who came to see Liverpool FC match. - First night was relatively good, but some surprising shortcomings in a hotel of this age (new). The air suction in the bathroom kept intermittent noise, which I couldn't switch off myself. It just came and went. Another thing was the shower head, which came off from the shower hose. ”The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. ”
