”This was the best accommodation that we had in our whole two weeks in the UK. The owners are absolutely lovely and amazing, the dinner was divine, the breakfast was very tasty and the setting of the lighthouse right at the coast is absolutely stunning. Also, our dog was very welcome and loved it. I definitely recommend this to everyone - even if just for a dinner or lunch.”

”It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price.”

”Excellent in every respect. Superbly friendly with a responsive and caring host. Room first class with comfortable beds & ample towels. Lovely setting. High class food. Only minor issue is breakfast is only served after 08.30 - not ideal if you want an early start.”

”We liked how clean and fresh this property was. We found it very comfortable. Milk, teabags, coffee, wheaten bread, butter, cheese, oil and spices were all provided, as well as fresh flowers. There was an abundance of local animals to enjoy watching: horses, cows, sheep and housemartins. The pool table in the sun room was a welcome addition. All the bedrooms were spacious with excellent quality bedding. The downstairs master suite was particularly attractive. We would love to return! ”
