”The evening stuff was great the morning staff was bad I complainer because my son got bite by I would believe to be bed bugs while he was asleep I went to tell front desk he was very rude about it saying he had no nothing to do with that so I had to go to the store by big trash bags to wash all our stuff in extremely hot water and put it in a very hot dryer to hopefully not get them at my house ”

”A great location for Carlsbad Caverns National Park as well as Guadalupe Mountains National Park. There is not much around the property but we got what we needed in Carlsbad for a 2 night stay. Microwave and mini fridge were helpful. The room was spacious and the area was quiet. Great night sleep there. The staff who ran the office was very nice. Humble breakfast with cereal and muffins plus juice and coffee.
We were especially glad to pick this location for the access to the bat flight program...

”Great property. We thought the pet area was really nice. We were helped by Mike Salazar and he was super helpful and friendly. The king suite is really large and very nice. The property was renovated a couple of years ago and is really set up well.”

”Would stay here again. Family trip. Room and beds were nice. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Hot tub was great. Pool was cold, but not a warm day to be fair. Good location. Staff was very friendly. ”

”Don't underestimate this hotel... It might look small from the outside but the rooms are huge... We got a suite and the prices were amazing... We had to stay another night... Breakfast was ok but the pool and fitness center were great 👍... Also near Walmart, restaurants and Casinos”
