Melua heti ensimmäisestä yöstä lähtien naapurihuoneessa. N. 24 t matkustamisen jälkeen kävin nukkumaan n.klo 01.30 paikallista aikaa. N. åuolen tunnin kuluttua se alkoi. Repertuaariin kuului myös huonekalujen siirtely. Tätä oli muinakin öinä huolimatta siitä,että sanoin asiasta respaan.

I loved the location of the building. It was close to bourbon street and other places I visited. The staff was friendly and I definitely enjoyed the rooftop….

When I got there and I got there at like 12am because my flight was delayed a million times but check in was rather quick. I got to the room.. it small but I noticed the tv wasn’t working and there was no remote control. Never experienced that before. I went back down and told the lady at the front desk she said she’ll send someone up to check it out. 15 minutes rolled by nobody came. Mind you I was exhausted and didn’t have time to play around because this shouldn’t even be happening went back down told her no one came and what are we about to do? Give me another room. She did. The room was bigger and the tv was working. The shower knob just kept coming off but I didn’t even say anything I just would put it back on every time it fell off because it was to many issues these rooms having. Other than that it’s really close to everything. Was quiet. You can’t hear all the partying. Staff was decent.

The only thing is the lighting in the room was dimmed. More or better lighting and longer mirror maybe not put in the back of the entrance door. Could not view the lower body.

Appreciated that my room was cleaned every day without me asking with fresh linens. Guy that checked me in was very hospitable and informed me of a concert that still had tickets if I didn’t have any plans. Good location with easy access to Bourbon/French Quarter/Canal.

Check In/Check Out process was extremely easy and efficient, the front desk staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Hotel was located within perfect walking distance from most French Quarter activities. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, easily accessible to all of the New Orleans night life. However, professionalism was lacking from valet to front desk staff. I expect more when staying at a marriot hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not feel that the environment matched the photos at all. The hotel felt drab and unwelcoming. The room was also disappointing. It felt like a lifeless box and the dirty window looked out to other rooms. Overall, this hotel needs a redesign and cleaning.

Staff discriminated my disability and charged me for my registered service animal. Not to mention...hair in the bed, shower, and it looked as if the sheets had not been changed. When i contacted the front desk and management, they said they were too busy and would.call me back. ..which they did not.

Convenient location, and the room is very clean. The room is nice but the exterior windows are high up and the seating in the room is not very comfortable and no table.

This hotel did not look like the pictures. We were very disappointed. Would not return. The property was unkept. The plants were dried out. The rooms smelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was also upset that my Best friend who booked thru the hotel directly spent $75 less than the price I bought on expedia. Expedia - you need to do better!

The location was perfect-just a short block walk to Bourbon street. Valet parking is expensive but didn't know where else to park so.....There was no noise at night-maybe we were on a floor by ourselves?

Super close to Bourbon st. Had a convenience store nearby for easy access. Was very nice to be centrally located.

The shower was ice cold. No lock doors to bathroom. No closet. But at least staff was somewhat happy just not the doormen

Convenient
First time in New Orleans. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Lots of good food. The bar here has good food for dinner. T he staff was very friendly.
