We are conveniently located steps away from Canal St. The premier street of Downtown New Orleans. The house is newly renovated and left with a vintage/traditional touch to make you feel the true experience of New Orleans living. We are set up to host and have all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Not what it seems

The stay was not what was intended. The place seems like a makeshift space with a floor that tilt. There is mold like stains in the bathroom with rust on the bathroom fixtures that are loose and look like they are going to fall off. The couches are filthy with stains everywhere. The place is in the back of duplex that seems it was added to the rooftop and feels like it may collapse based on the floor being soft in some area and definitely not level. Would not recommend staying there. Paid the rate of a five star hotel and didn’t even get a motel 6. I will say it was Super Bowl weekend so the prices were crazy every where but for this cost this was absolutely horrendous. Have photos for proof of review.

Great Location

If you’re looking for a place that’s a block from Canal street cars, a 15 min walk to Bourbon street in an area close to a couple markets, this is the place. The apartment is upstairs, which means it has a nice view, lots of windows. A few minor things that came about and the owner/property manager were on it. Communication was quick and solutions were offered. For a group of 4 people looking to experience Frenchmen and access mid town, and uptown areas, it was a perfect location. We had a car rental and parked on the street, no issues. Lots of property renewal around the place. Some people who rented the unit below us were having some late night celebrations which woke us up a couple times, but we are in Nola so we didn’t fuss. All in all a pleasant experience.

1925 Iberville Street

We thought the neighborhood was a little questionable at first but we found out later that it was safe. There was a hitch during the check-in when we couldn’t access the property upon our arrival. But the property manager did what she could to allow us in with a bit of delay. The smoke alarm kept beeping every few minutes but we couldn’t remove it from the wall to disable it. There were some things missing like trash liners but again, the manager, La Shanda, came over personally and took care of all these issues. I would have given this a lower rating but the host and the property manager were very accommodating in fixing the things that were out-of-order. I would go back there as long as Erroll and La Shanda are managing the place. Just a bit more care and attention and this could be an outstanding Vrbo.

Cute place

The company enroll was nice and responsive and provided us with the contact info for the property manager and we reached out twice and received zero response. They knew we had 5 people but did not prepare the space for us to use the living room bed with blankets. Also there was no hand soap but all in all I was happy with the experience.

the apartment was very cute, easy parking right in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood and a short walk to canal street to get on street car. We had a very nice stay.

Nice Home Great Location

This property was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We walked to the French Quarters daily which was about a 7 to 10 minute walk. The property was clean with all of the amenities we needed. Communication with the property manager was a plus as well.

Pretty good

Mostly clean apartment, pretty easy check-in/checkout. The neighborhood is so-so but close to the French Quarter. Quiet on the second floor. Be very careful getting into the tub/shower...super slippery and curtain needs to be changed. Wish there was a TV in the 2nd bedroom and a washer/dryer would be convenient. Couch in kitchen needs to be cleaned.
