”Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! ”

”Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

”First thing I should have noticed from the pictures of this unit was there are no pictures of the outside. Very rough neighborhood. When I complained to Genesis she said it was my fault for not looking it up earlier on Google Earth. I was there with my daughter and granddaughter. Did not feel safe for them to stay there so I had to rent them a hotel room. Asked for a partial refund and was denied. Much of the furniture in the house is not like it is the pictures. If you are not familiar...

”This property is on a busy main road.The walls are very thin, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors.The property was clean and well appointed. It is a bit darker than the photos make out.”

”The apt was a great stay for our trip! We loved having plenty of beds for our whole group and the ability to use the amenities of a full house. The apartment was clean and comfy. Soaps were provided which was also nice. The only thing I would recommend is restocking the kitchen with tools so it’s easier to cook while in the space. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again!”
