”Really charming place, close to town, and a very welcoming host.”

”Absolutely beautiful place. Carefully prepared for our arrival with tea light and lampshades on throughout the accommodation. No complaints whatsoever and if anything exceeded our expectations. The location was great for our plans exploring Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend. Communication throughout was perfect 👌. Thank you for a wonderful stay .”

”The apartment had everything you would need to stay a few days. It is not modern but very quaint so if you are looking for hotel modern keep looking but if you like the comfort of home you get that feeling right here”

”nice and clean quiet and well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

”If you’re planning to stay here, there are two important things to know BEFORE you get there. Firstly, there is a good chance you won’t get reception anywhere near this town. Get your check in instructions with the WiFi info and door code before you drive into town. Secondly, the water here smells rotten eggs. This is true for the sinks and the shower. You don’t feel clean after showering or washing r your hands after using the bathroom. We brought in our own 2 gallon tanks of water from the...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back! A fantastic location. And very good communication with the host, Alexander.”

”Loved our stay! The house is cozy and well cared for. Plenty of room and everything we might have needed. Thanks so much for the nice message, it really shows that you care about your guests :)”

”Kevin was very friendly, kindly assisting us with check-in (even when we even gave limited notice about our arrival time!) and giving us a tour of the garden and his property grounds. While he lives upstairs, he was entirely non-intrusive during our stay. A really beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The rental unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and offered a fun little escape into a DJ dream respite.”

”Kelly and Joe’s property was beautiful, the check in and check out process was smooth and easy, and the location was perfect for our planned activities. The property made our special weekend even more perfect as a newly engaged couple!”

”great place for homebase to visit Hudson Valley area and host was very communicative and helpful”

”The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I...

”This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

”Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with everything you need to rest, relax, and enjoy this lovely part of New York state. Highly recommend!”

”When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

”A cute little getaway with a loft bedroom perfect for two. Full kitchen and nice bathroom with rainfall shower. Beautifully decorated.”

”Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!”
