Our room had a strange odor. The upholstered chair had a big stain on the seat. Breakfast was disappointing but luckily Denny's is next door. Front dedk staff wete excellent.

Perfect spot… Right in the middle of all the things we came to do! Great for a trip up to Round Top and Warrenton for antiquing! And also a day trip into Austin! The cottage was cozy and had all the right things to make it feel like home! My daughter and I had a great stay!

Wonderfully charming property with a down home feel. The owners were very easy to communicate. The best VRBO we’ve stayed at for a while. You won’t be disappointed here. The town is full of stories too.
