Siisti hotelli, jossa kaikki toimi. Neljännessä kerroksessa wifi toimi hyvin. Naapurin puhe ja käytävän äänet kuluivat huoneeseen.

Great location and friendly service
Well cleaned room, great location, friendly service. The only things we missed in pur room were a fridge and a luggage rack. Otherwise a very nice stay in NYC!

i have stayed here many times when I visit family. The room was the most depressing room I have ever stayed in. It was in its own little hallway behind the elevator shaft. There was a tiny window in the corner and when you pulled the curtains, it showed two large heating vents. The room was fine-clean but awfully sad

Viel heiße Luft für viel Geld, nicht zu empfehlen Wenn man die Werbebilder sieht erwartet man lichtdurchflutete Räume mit schöner Aussicht auf das WTC. Ich hatte mit Zimmer 1721 eine Abstellkammer ohne Tageslicht direkt hinter den Fahrstühlen. Das Bett steht, wie unten auf dem Etagenplan ersichtlich, direkt an der Wand zum Fahrstuhl. Es vibriert alles, wenn ein Fahrstuhl vorbeirollt und das macht er Tag und Nacht. Beschwerden hatten keinen Erfolg, man sei ausgebucht. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass solch ein Zimmer für 250€ die Nacht vermietet wird. Nach sechs Nächten freut man sich auf eine ruhige Nacht zu Hause. Die Zimmer selbst versprühen den Charme der späten 90er. Beleuchtung mit Leuchtstoffröhren zeigen, dass man nicht einmal 50$ pro Zimmer in die Hand nimmt und zeitgemäße Lampen kauft. Die Dachterrasse ist wegen Umbau geschlossen. Auf der Homepage wurden Snacks und Kaffee im "Livingroom" beworben, wie man auf dem Foto sieht, gibt es Kaffee und heißes Wasser. Der Rest wurde wohl eingespart. Mein Zimmer stand nicht um 15 Uhr sondern erst um 17 Uhr zum Check In bereit. Ich habe spaßeshalber gefragt, ob ich dann später auschecken könne, das hat man mir gern angeboten, für 127$ :D Das Hotel lebt einzig von der Lage, die ist tatsächlich super, allerdings finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe andere modernere Hotels mit ähnlichen Preisen. Dort ist man definitiv besser aufgehoben.

I loved the view of our hotel room. However our room needed lots of maintenance. Non working light, crack in the ceiling, broken door handle to the balcony, coffee all over the walls, many scratches on the facilities.

I liked that the rooms were small, but still big enough and had a coffee machine in room as well as coffee downstairs. The location was great- next to what I needed for work, but also in a good location close to running paths in the morning. The staff was also nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Club Quarters WTC! It was clean, as described, and staff was kind and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar and terrace. The area was clean and had plenty of options for dining, shopping, sight-seeing, easy access to public transit, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage war für uns super. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß unternehmen ( 9/11 Memorial, World Trade Center, Ferry Island, Helikopterflug, Wall Street…) Zahlreiche UBahn Stationen sind schnell erreichbar. Das Kaffeeangebot in der Lobby haben wir täglich genutzt, da wir auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt haben. Die Suite war für uns als 3-köpfige Familie ideal. Es war Geschirr für 2 Personen vorhanden, ein Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, eine Nespressomaschine. Es ist wirklich eine ruhige Gegend, da viele Straßen um das Hotel gesperrt sind ( 9/11).

The location was great, close to 911 Memorial, Oculus and subway stations. They also had a rooftop bar that had great views of the city.

I like the location of the property. I dislike the rooms the rugs were dirty. I had 2 rooms and they were both the same.

The Lobby and common area was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana!! The 6th floor hallway had the smell of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a no smoking property. Very annoying and disappointing!

This is my go-to hotel. Great staff and service and always comfortable. Great location for traveling anywhere in the city.

This hotel is situated in my new favourite district in which to stay while vacationing in NYC. The Club Quarters downtown is perfectly located, quiet yet close to so many different attractions and is within easy walking distance to many subway lines. The hotel’s special touches such as free bottled water, a gourmet coffee machine in the comfortable main floor lounge, not to mention the 20th floor terrace, made our stay extra special. I cannot wait to go back!

Hotel clean and tidy. The coffee and water station is a great option, really convenient and saves buying water all the time. Really close to the world trade centre memorial and walkable to battery park for Statue of Liberty.
