It was a nice hotel in a very nice area close to the Hells Kitchen and Chelsea. Good small bars, restaurants and places to go in that area. Close by distance from Broadway. And only 6 blocks away from the Central Park. The breakfast was poor. This is an outsourced restaurant next to the hotel. During my 5 nights visit I went there only ones. Bad service and poor availability of foods. Also the gym was very lame. Only one small room including indoor cycle and running mat. Some small free weights (up to 25lbs max.) one more thing was the thin walls on the walls. And something else but like I said a very small room they called the gym. Not a great wake up when the neighbours are using their toilets… Anyway, the front desk was okay but props to bell boys (men). Really friendly and helpful to help in every case. Especially Mourad. Nice smaller hotel.

Perfect place to stay for a theater trip. Right by all the theaters and great pre-show dining options. Bathroom could use a bit of updating and the electrical outlets stopped working the night before we left (didn't discover until next morning as we were leaving that our phones weren't charged). Still, we will definitely stay there again. The staff, cleanliness, and location, along with the wine bar downstairs, makes it the best in the Theater District!

For my first experience in New York, this was the best place we could have stayed. It is so convenient to all of the areas that we wanted to see. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, and more importantly it was really quiet. We were up on the sixth floor so I can’t speak to how loud other floors would be, but I was shocked at how quiet the room was. You couldn’t hear any of the city noise except for sometimes sirens. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and I will recommend it to anyone that I know going to New York.

Best hotel I have stayed in in New York. I will return. Friendly reception staff, a lovely chap who kindly upgraded our room - thank you for being so welcoming when we were so tired on arrival. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you could want and the breakfast really sets you up for the day. It felt smaller and more personal than others I have stayed in and we appreciated the tea, coffee, sweets and snacks which were available at any time on the ground floor. Great location too with a lovely old church right next door - the Actors Chapel and on a fairly quiet street. For me and my daughter it felt safe and homely. Perfect place.

If you are looking to be in the centre of a lot of NY attractions, shops, theatres, entertainment etc etc then this is the place to be all staff and rooms were excellent and the breakfast was enough to get you through something for everyone best way to see NY is by the Big Bus which takes you to all the attractions you may want to visit and is about 3/5 minutes walk from the Pearl I highly recommend this Hotel Five Plus Stars

The staff around the lobby specially Jaime are excellent, efficient and attentive. Check in was great and Jaime provided an upgrade. They have a wine happy hour for guests, the room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was perfect. They have a tea/coffee bar available at all times. The location, location, location could not have been better for us. We stayed for one night. We will return. Thank you.

Great location if you’re in New York to visit and see some shows. Walking distance to all the theaters. Very close to the subway entrance. Tons of restaurants nearby. Easy to use to subway to get everywhere. The Pearl has a nice pastry and bagel with coffee free breakfast and wine at night for free. Nice clean modern rooms that are a good size. Great value for the cost. We have been there twice now and will be back again!

This hotel is in the Times Square district so is really convenient for some exciting sightseeing, fabulous shows and shopping in Manhattan. Lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms full equipped- even having full ironing board and iron. Small area for continental breakfast so better to be early for breakfast to get a seat.

The hotel was amazingly quiet. Couldn't hear any neighbors or street noise. The location is fantastic. You're in the heart of the theater district. 2 theaters are on the same block and more are on the streets above and below it. Hells Kitchen is 1 or 2 blocks away, so you have a UN of restaurants to choose from. Public transportation is also nearby

The Pearl was an excellent place to stay during our trip to NYC! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, the facility was clean , and conveniently located to broadway theaters and all major attractions in Times Square! I would definitely recommend!

The room was nice and clean but the room smelled upon entering, only one elevator was working at the time so made getting out of the hotel a bit of an inconvenience. The complementary breakfast was decent standard affair, bagels and coffee and the like. This was my second time here still a great and pleasant option.

*My flight arrived at LaGuardia Just before midnight. Prior to departing the aircraft, the driver of the car The Pearl arranged to pick me up called and informed me he was there waiting for me. *Upon arrival at The Pearl we were warmly greeted and expediently checked in. *The room was very clean and equipped with many extras, like a courtesy umbrella. The bed was extremely comfortable. *Each morning a free breakfast was available in the dining area which has a scenic view. *Each employee I encountered went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. *The Hotel is located within walking distance of Broadway, ABC Studio, numerous restaurants, specialty stores, gift shops, and more. *The Pearl is officially my #1 Hotel in New York City and I highly recommend it without hesitation.
