”The hosts were brilliant and amazing folks. They were very responsive and immediately fixed issues that we encountered. Unfortunately, I suspect there contractors are doing them dirty because of the issues we did encounter. Not all of the furniture was assembled properly. The unit is supposed to have 8 bedrooms but 2 of them are still under construction. The drain in the kitchen sink leaks. And at every turn, the contractors had failed to adequately clean smudges on walls and dust on floors from...

”We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. ”

The furniture was thoughtfully arranged for groups large or small. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was great with all new appliances, an abundance of counter space, and all essential cookware. House is convenient to recreational center, Bayside park, and convenience store. We had an incredible Christmas week on the bay! ”
