”We had a great time. The family enjoyed using the pool and there was plenty of space for all of us. The hosts were great. We would definitely book again for a weekend get away. ”

”The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. We had 3 military families staying together in an attempt to spend limited, valuable time with our cadets. The...

”The host was great and available for any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group and made it easy to do Seneca and Cayuga lake wine tours. House had a lot of amenities and we really didn’t need to bring anything more than our clothing and food. ”

”The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)”

”Place was a little dingy and could definitely use refreshing. BUT we enjoyed every moment because family that does not live near each other were together for the weekend. I did not appreciate having a religious picture (the last supper) and other religious paraphernalia around the place. The location was perfect. We had a Memorial Service for my brother at the Stockard Inn and had friends who live in Niskayuna. ”

”Excellent stay at Max's property. Would recommend to everyone.Max was highly communicative in advance of the stay and during. Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful....

”Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Traveled here from 3 hours away and brought our new pontoon boat. Loved having a boathouse under our condo. It was so convenient., We will recommend this spot to our friends.”

”My friends and I booked this incredible home for a reunion. We were looking for something big enough to accommodate our large group, and were so pleased to find this property. This was the most perfect place for us to gather. The rooms were all great, the gathering spaces are welcoming and large enough to comfortably accommodate our crew. ”Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more...
