Your unit is on the ground level with its own private entrance behind the garage — no stairs, no shared entryway. One assigned parking spot is included in the shared driveway. We're in the Newark Airport (EWR) flight path, so expect frequent airplane noise, especially during the day. As with any multi-unit home, sound can occasionally carry between units, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, out of respect for the other unit and our property manager. Employers appreciate booking this quiet and spacious home for their teams, while families love its proximity to local attractions and a safe, relaxing environment.
