”Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area.”

”Easily walkable to university and town centre”

”Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials.”

”Advertised as 2 king size bedrooms abut 1 double and 1 extremely small twin, hardly any room. Kitchen and lounge great, bathroom needs an update. ”
