Person at front desk was on tje phone in the living area. Made eye contact with me. Then walked away and was gone for about 10 min. It was hopefully a personal call because she was yelling at someone.

Comfy and clean
Clean and neat, older and a little outdated, but all-in-all a good value for the money. We would stay here again.

Wonderful room Every room has an outdoor bench to enjoy Gods wonderland of scenery. Room was very modern and clean. Close by to many places to eat. Very easy to find. Desk staff was wonderful. Would stay there again.

Find somewhere else, even for only a one night.
Bathroom sink and tub did not drain. Toilet was very slow at flushing. I told the office and the gal (who was pleasant enough) and she said they have had complaints and they knew there was a plumbing issue. She said that the room next to mine would back up into my sink, but they were gone for the night so I would be OK. There was no light above the desk and the room was dark. The TV had only audio.

This was a great place to stay for the value. They have updated some. Still could use work. The mattress was not comfortable and the sheets were old and dingy. It was very quiet and had a nice fridge and microwave.

We got to the motel around 5:30 PM and were told that our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for 30 minutes. We were told we could upgrade to another room that was ready for $25 more. We were not happy but a friend of the woman running the motel came out and asked if things were okay. She helped get us into the other room at no cost.There is nothing fancy about the motel but our room was a good size and suited our purpose.

Staff went out of their way to make our late check in a breeze! Friendly awesomes staff. Many updates look good some features show thier age.. Nothing "bad".

The owner operater is doing a good job at updating and maintaining this hotel. The laundry room had 4 sets of washer, dryers and they worked as well as were clean.

Great property! Wish they offered breakfast. The bed needs replaced, I could feel and hear the springs. Lady at the front was super nice. Great landscaping too! I like the non-carpeted floors in the room, feels cleaner.

Rundown and not worth the price
If a hot shower is wanted forget this place. It was one notch above lukewarm. Typical case of trying to save money on overhead. Lady at front desk was friendly but after that a rating higher than a 3 must have been given by family or friends. Could hear traffic all night. Rundown and overpriced. A fair price would be $50 per night.

Reasonable accommodations. Loved the bulk soap dispensers (vs silly little disposables). Floor didn't feel clean. Relatively expensive but sufficient.

Has so much potential. Bed was comfortable and soft. Room was tiny and the light filtered in the window all night so it was hard to sleep. Front desk lady was very nice. The place has so much potential if they would update it at all. Seemed clean just very old.

We were very disappointed with our room. The bed had metal frames that stuck out and my mate hit one and hurt himself. When he mentioned it to the lady in the office, she said that she was aware of it. Totally

Nothing was good! The head board fell off the wall, the first morning we were there the toilet over flowed, the second morning no hot water! When they fixed the toilet when we were not there they left our door open.

The rooms are nice ,dident like the fact that they never mopped the floor any sort you brought in was always on your feet .the owner don't speak very good english.half the time i couldent understand here .

The place is run down. The rooms are small, in poor condition, and the price to value is terrible! We would never stay there again.

Room very clean and they allow dogs for a $10 fee per dog. Small grassy area to take your dog out. It is next to a busy road so there is road noise. Close to stores and restaurants.
