The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"A brilliant stay. Such a warm welcome from the girls on reception - their energy was great! Food menus were fantastic, a lot of choice and every dish was a decent portion, fresh tasting and delicious. We had 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts in the Diner so tried quite a few things.
