”The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . ”Carefully insure you note all hand towels provided to you by cleaning staff because apparently their misplacement of said hand towels will be charged to you even if they were never given to you in the first place. Also room was very clean however one cockroach was discovered during the stay, was not originally going to mention it but if they are going to be petty about some hand towels and accuse me of stealing well hello cockroach maybe I should have taken some pictures of it for the good...

”The lobby to the hotel is very hot and not well air conditioned. There were flies in the lobby and in my room. If you want to check-in early, before 2pm, to get away from the lobby they charge you extra. There is only one restaurant near the hotel (1 minute walk away), however, this restaurant is hard to find because it's not sign posted; it's in an unmarked building and you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs --- so very hard to find.”

”We stayed one night here as our flight as our connection flight was leaving in the following morning. Basically our only positive experience was the friendly shuttle bus driver. Rooms are really small, not so clean (some marks in our sheets), extremely noisy and they even tried to charge some extra from us for the airport shuttle in the morning so we decided to walk instead. It is actually also really difficult to handle with them the airport shuttle when arriving so I will highly recommend to...

”Microwave didn’t work and stove was also turned off Closet was dirty but other than that I had a good stay AC was good . for some reason I had good Wi-Fi for the first time since I’ve been staying @ Henry’s Newport which was a plus and I would like to stay @ the south wing on my next trip Thank you”

”Smells off/molds. Towels dirty/old. There are dark spots on the ceiling corners. My chest hurt from the smell and had a very bad headache when I woke up.”
