”Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect Old Quarter location. Food was excellent and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were greeted and welcomed from our first entry, through the hallways and during our departure. It wasn't only a greeting but often a conversation. It made us feel like we were at home. Would definitely stay again when next in Hanoi. High praise to the management and staff at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa.”

”Staff are liars, made me pay for towels cleaning their bathroom, not helpful or reasonable, bed was hard as rock, I had to call reception each time I needed air conditioning in the room so there was no point having the dial in the room as it doesn’t work, slippers were made out what seemed like paper and they didn’t have basic amenities such as cotton buds or cotton pads”

”They promised taxi from Airport but taxi didn't come. Because of my mistake with hotel reservation, they didn't help me at all. I had to start looking hotel somewhere. Time was 5 a.m. my luck there was hotel quite near which helped me. ”

”It was a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was super, happy hour excellent. It was a short walk to many different places of interest! The only drawback was the bathtub. It was very hard to get in and out of as they installed a soaker tub to be used as a shower as well. Older people will find this inconvenient. Staff was super helpful!”

”My Stay at the Sono hotel was quite nice. Reasonably priced and in a central location it’s ideal for traveler's to the city. The staff are also upstanding I think they were the nicest and most helpful hosts I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve ever been to. Local knowledge and great recommendations. All staff can speak fluent English too that was helpful for me speaking the one language. Very fairly priced I’d pick the Sono over the Hilton any day”
