”Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Great location as well, close to the lake. Special thanks to Alice, Liam, and Tony for all the help during the stay!”

”The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.”

”Hotel Rey was incredible! Ngoc was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with a late checkout which was most appreciated!”

”Staff are liars, made me pay for towels cleaning their bathroom, not helpful or reasonable, bed was hard as rock, I had to call reception each time I needed air conditioning in the room so there was no point having the dial in the room as it doesn’t work, slippers were made out what seemed like paper and they didn’t have basic amenities such as cotton buds or cotton pads”

”Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.”

”Good location near Tay Ho. Clean room, well serviced with friendly staff. ”
