We booked a dual view of the falls the view did not disappoint. The room was average for a suite with dated decor and elements were run down . We ran a bath and the water came out brown ?? Apparently never happened before , we also could not make tea/ coffee as coffee machine was broke , they do not have kettles anymore and do not supply you with a spoon to stir or add sugar ! Reception staff were poor however valet and bell boy service were fantastic and delivered “the Hilton experience “ . If it wasn’t for the view we wouldn’t have stayed

Staff excellent and very helpful. Great location and the view from my room was amazing. On the down side, room a bit dated and windows definitely need a clean. Trying to figure out why there was tape residue on the ceiling. 🤔

This location is always my go-to in Niagara Falls. Lately, they are falling short on customer service and cleanliness. It’s disappointing because I’m a loyal Hilton customer.

We payed for a city view, yet we had the view of a brick wall. Had to call and get our room changed. Our shower drainage was black and moldy. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, they just made our bed and that’s it. Bathroom floors stayed dirty. Sheets weren’t changed. There was a blood stain on our pillow and brown stains on the sheets. It was insanely hot in our room, even putting the AC all the way up. They set a limit on the Ac and that’s what you have to deal with. Had to sleep with no sheets or blankets cause of how hot the room was. You’d be sweating as you are getting ready for the day. The hallways were cooler than the room. Our toilet got clogged after 1 usage.

They charge me extra parking when I never park in the hotel, why?? The were not so friendly staff, one of the staff give him hard time to my son for using the gym in another tower, he. Was very rude. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Our room had a good view of the falls. The hotel overall is very clean. The only issue we had was the elevators. At a certain time (peak hours for breakfast and dinner) the elevators take a while to stop on the floor and when they do, it is full and it stops on almost every floor. There was some good laughs while in the elevator, however, waiting a good 30 minutes on an elevator is a bit crazy. Other than that this hotel was great. I would not mind staying here again.

Lovely room - very clean. View of the Falls was excellent. Front desk, cleaning & maintenence staff went above & beyond to help with my TV remote issue. The only issue with this hotel is the elevator service... very slow & you have to wait atleast 20 minutes to get into elevator. Otherwise; it was a lovely stay for me. Thank you!

My only complaint is when paying premium dollar for a view with a premium view of the American and horseshoe falls, we were only able to see the horseshoe falls when standing right against the window looking at a sharp angle to the right. Secondly the room itself was in poor condition large runs and missing pieces of carpet. Again for $800 a night after fees and taxes that’s a little steep when considering the condition of the room.

Overall property was nice & location was perfect. However hotel staff could be more courteous & careful. -Bath room was not refilled with shampoo & soap. -Also, we booked room for 4 and there were not enough blankets. When asked on the front desk, we were told to call the room services as they won’t know about the number of people in room since the booking was made via 3rd party website. Really, din’t they knew at the time of check-in. In short we were tired of excuses and also the manager didn’t revert back after providing the feedback.

When we came to the room, it smelled chips as if someone just checked out. I got a sore throat the same night. Cleaning service is aweful! I asked for a new bed blanket, but they give me a material that you can never use for sleeping since it was so itchy! I am never ever coming here!

The hotel was clean and a great location. It was raining when we went so the walking path to the casino was wonderful. The only downside was they didn’t have any parking available on site and offsite parking was $50, Which in my opinion is on the high side.

Very nice stay, a couple of utilities didn’t work properly, ie, fire place, windows were smuggled harder to see view

Adv: Easy check-in, nice representatives, good location, full falls view (depends on the room), nice pool view. Disadv: There was no microwave, the pool was cold, expensive parking.
