Latvia – Loma-asunnot

”The apartment is located in the old town so everything was in walking distance. The airiport bus #22 had a stop 3 min from the apartment. My apartment was on the second floor. Very narrow and deep stairs which made it really had to get the suitcase in. Other than that it did not bother us. The noise from upstairs could be heard easily but we didn't mind. I asked for the early check-in bu did not get it. Instead we had a chance to leave our luggage at the office, which was handy. Then the...

”Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”

”The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible.”

”Very authentic atmosphere. There was a lovely and very kind cat guarding his yard. The room was pretty small for four people. One large bed, where two people can sleep without problem. One sofa/extra bed, and it was small, for a one person. Three persons maximum in this kind of room. Now we had two adults and two teenagers. We also tried to call for a contact person, because we didn’t get door open one night. No one answered the phone. Then we tried little pit harder with the door and got it...

I would have never do the reservation and I feel like we have been fooled:((( Never happened before😥 Apartment was very dreary, dirty, some of the kitchen machines didn't work and location was noisy. But first of all, we weren't there where I made the booking, false advertising!!”
