”This is a basement apartment beneath a four bedroom VRBO in a nice residential area. The apartment has a double bed and a single in another room. It is well stocked with everything needed to cook or take meals, coffee, do laundry, etc, and various extra supplies are provided.The ceiling is low in a couple of places, and there are a couple of raised places on the floor. ”Great location, quiet space and only a 5/10 minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was nice to not be right in the middle of it all but we were easily able to walk back and forth without worrying about driving/parking in the congested area. Place was great and enough room for everything we needed. I didn't like the way the back door locked, it seemed loose and not incredibly secure, there were no issues with it locking but looked like it was broken at one point and not fixed entirely.”
