”Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. We had a fire in the pit every day & the hot tub was great with a view of a nice little waterfall. We love the village of Naples & your brewery in Canandaigua. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall...

”The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”

”I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”
