Towels for everything. All the beach needs were there. She provided everything you could possible need for your stay. The BEACH was perfect and private all to ourselves, our family had a blast. The beds were so comfortable and the cottage was SPOTLESS. We will be back. ”

”Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do...

”Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”

”Our stay was perfect. Check-in and communication with the property owner was excellent. Kitchen was adequate with modern conveniences, oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Some supplies were short, but we made do. Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. It was so peaceful a great place to shut down my brain for a few days. ”

”The view was beautiful. As stated this area has some bugs, so be prepared some sprays and repellents. The nearby park is beautiful and it has two small charcoal grills. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. Place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was WiFi available ”

”I cannot emphasize how gorgeous the view of lake Ontario is from this property! We saw boats, tankers, the lights from Canada at night. You can walk down to the water and sit and watch the sunset and the screened room kept the bugs away at night. This property is about an hour away from Niagara falls and close to Olcott and a grocery store. The property is on a dead end lot and we didn't see any neighbors the entire time we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable.”

”We visited for a couple of days for a concert with our teenage daughter and her friends. The yard and living area were perfect for our little group. The lake and beach area were within walking distance. The distance to the CMAC was minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
