Firstly, housekeeping was inadequate. The coffee table and used cups were not cleaned, and the tea bags were not replenished. This reflects a lack of basic attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
Secondly, the room was poorly equipped. There was no luggage rack or designated space for luggage, and the bathroom lacked even the most basic amenities such as shelves or holders for toiletries. There was nothing in the shower area to place shampoo or shower gel, which made usage extremely inconvenient.
Most concerning, however, was the handling of the tourist tax at checkout. When the staff requested payment, I informed him that I would settle it later. Despite this, and without my consent, the charge was immediately processed on my credit card. This is totally unacceptable and constitutes unauthorised use of my card.
